Ethics and Behaviours of Members
AIACE heavily banks up on members who act ethically, and understand that their ethics and behaviour have consequences that may have far reaching impacts on self and others.
Ethics
While applying for joining AIACE, every member applicant must focus on 3 things:
- For making the Association effective, everybody must contribute.
- Ethical members are expected to treat speech, data, and others views with honesty, respectfully, carefully and remain open-minded.
- Diversity in Association like gender, age, race, religion is to be respected
Behaviours
As a member of this Association, behaviours of members must ensure following 14 things:
- Members should be open to all information
- Members should come to an agreement on the Association’s decisions.
- Members should give feedback to each other
- Members must be willing to place their individual ideas aside for the benefit of Association.
- Should not disconfirm or ridicule other members.
- Members should look out for each other's interests
- Members should not only think about own satisfaction but also think about others satisfaction.
- Members should make sure they understand other members before agreeing or disagreeing with them.
- All members should feel free to speak what they want to say
- All members should present their findings to the Association
- Every member should be considerate in their responses while listening to the speaker
- Everyone should try to interact with each other
- All problems should be put to the side
- Everyone in the Association is equal, no one is the better than the next.
