Welcome to the All India Association of Coal Executives (AIACE), an esteemed association representing the dynamic community of both working and retired executives from Coal India Ltd, Singreni Collieries Company Ltd. Our association is a registered trade union under The Trade Union Act, 1926, with the Government of Chhattisgarh, holding registration number 546 dated 24/05/2016. We also hold a permanent account number, AAEAA7978E, underscoring our formal establishment and recognition.

At AIACE, our primary purpose is to ensure the rights and welfare of our members, both active and retired. For our working members, we are dedicated to safeguarding their professional rights and advocating for fair treatment, equitable pay, and safe working conditions. We strive to influence policies and decisions made by employers and governments to ensure that the voices of coal executives are heard and respected.

For our retired members, AIACE is committed to securing and enhancing their post-retirement benefits. We believe in honouring the contributions of our retired executives by advocating for their rightful entitlements, including pensions, healthcare benefits, and other post-retirement supports. Our goal is to ensure that they lead a dignified and comfortable life after years of dedicated service.
